Instructions for paying Florida Division dues ONLY by credit card.
Florida Division Dues are currently $15.00 per member. DO NOT REMIT
National or Camp dues to us.
The form states DONATION, however this form must be used.
Separate instructions below are provided for individuals and for camp officers
to submit payments for camp members within their respective camps. At
this time, debit cards are not accepted.
FOR INDIVIDUALS
1. In the box labeled “Other”, enter the amount of the dues, i.e. 15.00
2. Provide the personal information as requested. Disregard the
checkbox for Company Donation.
3. In the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION area, please provide your camp number,
camp name and your SCV ID if known.
4. In the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION area, please enter 1 in the box
requesting how many members.
5. Please provide your billing card information in the PAYMENT
INFORMATION section.
6. Review your entries and if satisfied, select the MAKE DONATION button
FOR CAMPS
1. In the box labeled “Other”, enter the amount of the total dues for all members being submitted, i.e. 15.00 X total members
2. In the PERSONAL INFORMATION section, please use the name of the person submitting the payment.
3. In the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section, enter your camp name and number.
4. In the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section, enter the total number of camp members your are submitting dues. Note make sure your total number matches the total used to calculate step 1 above.
5. Please provide your billing card information in the PAYMENT INFORMATION section.
6. Review your entries and if satisfied, select the MAKE DONATION button.
7. Prepare a camp roster of those members for whom you are submitting dues with this form. Include their name, SCV ID, personal contact information such as address, phone number and email.
8. *Send that roster to the Florida Division Adjustant at
adjutant@flscv.org <mailto:adjutant@flscv.org>. Indicate that you have paid via the electronic payment process.
